Please, save Travis. His mother loves him.

Travis is working up to his armpits in Yersinia Pestis, mankind's old
friend. Think "Bubonic", the "Black Death", etc. This picture tells the
story, from the point of view of the Middle Ages. They knew a lot about
the Black Death. Note the singular lack of ground hogs and black-footed
ferrets in this painting!

Travis needs to be vaccinated, and he *definitely* needs to be scruffed
and de-fleaed! I'd go so far as burning all his laundry and getting him
