Hi All,

Last Friday I took 2 of my fuzzies to school to visit my First Grade
class. They were so excited. I also stopped by the Pre-K room because
they were in the middle of a unit about pets. Ling-Ling sat on my lap
while the kids asked very cute questions about him. During the whole
questioning period Ling-Ling just sat...eventually falling asleep. I
am still in awe at how calm and relaxed he was during his entire visit.
It was nice to be able to educate a few adults in the building also. I
couldn't believe the wild misconceptions they held about ferrets. It
was nice to be able to enlighten them about the wonderful pets we have.
On a side note, does anyone know how get an animal certified as a
service animal? I know this discussion has been brought up before, but
I can't remember.
