Thank you, thank you to so many of you for your generosity to The Ferret
Aid Society and the rescue of those starving ferrets.

Support Our Shelters was able to send $2,000.00 to Randy Belair to cover
vet expenses. More than half of this was raised by Judy Cooke and the
Card Exchange. Other donations came in by mail and PayPal from so many
of you, and S.O.S. was able to add some to make it a nice round number
thanks to the Buck-a-Month Club that Joanne Ruffner runs for us.

Randy was shocked and thrilled by the amount. And yet... she has
already spent almost that much and has several surgeries left to do.
No surprise, considering the condition those poor little ones were
kept in.

Anyone who would still like to contribute to the amazing work Randy is
doing, please see the info below in my signature. If you visit our
website and click on the button to learn more about S.O.S. you will find
a link way down that page that is a tribute to shelters put together by
Mike Janke. Prominently featured is a sad winter rescue that Randy did
some years ago. She's one of the special ones. But you know that,
because she organized the very first International Ferret Congress in
Toronto.

Blessings,
Judith
