Squeek, the now 16-week kit who got ill two months ago and now can't walk
or hold up his head, got his first acupuncture treatment yesterday!

He looked so cute with a needle in each paw, and four in his head. Then,
since he didn't want B-12 injected into any acupuncture points, Squeek that
is, the doctor used a lazer acupuncture kit and treated other points that
way. Squeek was wonderful, and chewed on my hand a bit on the way home,
which he hasn't done for ages. Next treatment is next week. The doctor
said that if the treatment will help, it should start helping in three of
four treatments. So, send good, healing thoughts, and thoughts asking
Squeek to "move his little ferret chi"! The clinic was beautiful, too,
filled with a healthy aura.

Except that the person at the front nearly confiscated the x-rays I hand
carried in to send them back to a clinic 45 minutes away (where they were
taken). Squeek's being treated at a clinic five minutes from my house, and
I wanted the x-rays there. I'm going to doc to the vet acupuncturist about
this!!

Still working on the tummy skate - more on that later!!

Take care and I'll update Monday, too.
