Usually an intraosseous catheter will only affect one leg - but you may
want to check with your vet to see if one was put in.
 
Hindlimb weakness is a very non-specific sign, and may represent post-
surgical pain, fatigue, pre-existent muscle wasting, etc.
 
You don't mention how long it has been, or how she is eating.  Make sure
that she is getting plenty of food and water - dehydration and weakness
may manifest itself as hindlimb weakness.
