Yes, increasing the Lupron dose is a logical thing to do!  100mcg is at
the low end of the dose range (100-500mcg/kg per month), so no problem
to increase it.  You can also use melatonin with the Lupron.  Using
Relief shampoo and Resicort (a leave on cortisone conditioner) can help
control the itchy skin.
