I was just wondering if anyone has heard of anyone being allergic to
ferrets?

I just ask because a friend of mine adopted 2 ferts 6 months ago and in
those 6 months, she has never been so sick! She has has numerous sinus
infections and basically has a perpetual sore/itchy throat all the
time. Her nose is always runny or stuffed up too. Her dr said to see
the allergist but the allergist doesn't have a serum to test for ferret
allergies. She's not allergic to dogs or cats so we're curious. I don't
think it's just the winter weather either as the symtpoms started early
this fall.
