Re: Bunni

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. My husband and I have lost two
ferrets over the past two years. One, Jessica, was fine one day and the
next.... and our baby, Sneaky Pete we lost to a dog. It still hurts, even
after 6 months and two new ferts. But we have three happy healthy loving
(although nippy at times) sweethearts. Just remember that Bunni will always
be with you. Just listen to your heart and you'll hear her sweet dooks.

Re: Nancy

If anyone flames you for wanting what is in the best interest of your pet's
well-being then they deserve to be nipped - HARD! You are the one that
looks after them and loves them. Although not ferret related, I had a cat
that was with me for 14 years. He developed Diabetes. I couldn't see it
being very good for him (either mentally or physically) to put him through a
daily torture of shots and medication. I realize that it is a hard decision
to make, but better to have them die sooner and comfortable (somewhat) than
to prolong their agony and possibly make things worse, for you and them.

Mind you, this is just my $0.02 humble opinion. I hope for the best for
you, Nancy and your others.
