Two days ago, Vickie posted asking for comments on Kathy Jordan. In
case some of you are not familiar with her, or with her business -
Carolina Ferrets - you may want to read the information that can be
downloaded at the following link. It is a copy of the USDA file on
Carolina Ferrets, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act. The
file includes a USDA Inspection Report from 2008, as well as a copy of
a letter to the USDA from The Alexander County Animal Control filing
complaints about Carolina Ferrets. Additionally there is some other
related information, but the USDA Inspection Report and the letter of
complaints filed to the USDA are of particular interest.

This information has been posted on a temporary basis, and will not
be available long. However, you can download to your computer, and
read it at your leisure.

I have sent this information anonymously only because I have been
warned by others that Kathy Jordan has a reputation for filing
nuisance lawsuits against people who speak out publically against her.
