I have the Bissell Quicksteamer Plus - it's an upright, is lightweight
and very easy to use.  It can be used to spot clean though I use it for
the entire carpet (area carpets) since it is so easy to use.  Takes me
about 30 minutes to clean a 8x6 section.  From the look of the dirty
water, it does a good job!
