Hi,

When I took Zen out of his cage for some playtime he was perfectly
normal. But when we were cuddling on the couch he just started shaking.
I know that after waking up ferrets shiver to regulate their body
temperature but he hadn't been sleeping. He's been shaking for more
than ten minutes. I thought that maybe he was cold so I held him even
closer but that didn't help. I told my dad about Zen and he came in to
see what was wrong and he's just as baffled as I am. He palpated Zen's
tummy and said that he felt a hard lump in it. I don't know if Zen
could have a blockage from grooming. My dad gave Zen some laxative
while I was refilling the water bottles. Zen's back in his cage with
Lillie sleeping in the fish-shaped sleepsack. Do you have any ideas
about what could be wrong with him?

Randie
