Well I have good news in reference to the little fuzzy Kat Kuckens posted
about on 8/21.
 
I called Shirley & Clarence Hertzog from WarmFuzzy Ferret Rescue and asked
Shirley if she would be able to take this ferret if I delivered her.
Shirley said she would.
 
This afternoon I called John, the pet store owner, to get directions etc.
and he told me someone from a rescue/shelter in Philly picked up the fuzzy
this morning and the woman was taking her right to the vet.  He didn't know
what shelter/rescue the woman was from but said she was going to call later
and let him know how it turned out.  He also said he had 4 other phone calls
about this little girl.  (John was extremely nice and genuinely concerned
about the well being and health of this ferret)
 
I called Kat back to let her know what was going on.  Kat has been **VERY**
concerned about this ferret since she saw her and I promised I would let her
know how I made out after I took her to Shirley's.  Kat told me she had
received a number of personal e-mails, one as far away as Rockchester (SP?)
NY to pickup the ferret.
 
I asked John if I could call him back later to see if he received any word
yet on the ferrets condition.  If I hear anything I will post it.
 
To the mystery woman from Philly - Who are you?  Please tell us how you made
out...even if you post anonymously.  Thank you for your help and kind heart.
