Everywhere a poop poop....except the litter box.

Jack has completely un-litter trained Noodles...She refuses to go in
her box...but rather on the shelves of her cage and in opposite corners.
Jack also has no clue what a litter box is. Should I just keep them in
separate cages for now, or will they eventually re-learn? Right now
they're both sharing the 24x30x48 cage and there's 4 litter boxes in the
cages...none with poop in them of course. I'm thinking about maybe just
putting newspaper down and changing it 3x a day. Any suggestions would
be greatly appreciated :)
