I don't know if this has any bearing on the Melatonin dose recommended
for ferrets, but keep in mind that when drugs dosages are calculated
for an animal, part of the equation is how their bodies metabolize the
particular drug.  It isn't just... "a 150 pound human gets this much so
a 1.5 pound ferret gets 1/100 the amount."
