We have been reading the wonderful messages you all have left for a while
now.  These messages have caused much laughter as well as tears for us.  A
brief introduction to our family:  Dean and Chelli are owned by four
ferrets, three dogs, a cat, salt fish, and two kids.  Taz is the king of the
bunch.  Buttons is the queen (thief).  Sadie is blind but by watching her
get along through the house, you would never know.  Sadie's improvement is
remarkable considering the fact that her seeing-eye ferret, Cindy,
dissappeared on us about three weeks ago.  Sadie was having trouble getting
along with the rest of the busyness, but finally, joining the rather large
sleeping-fur-ball pile in the bottom of the ferret mansion.   This brings us
to Gizmo.  Gizmo is just a baby (7 weeks).  He is such a sight to watch as
he chases our 65 lb dog around.  Not much else to say but thanks to
everyone's stories.  They have given us many ideas and much knowledge for
us, fairly green, ferret- slaves.
 
All of our little babies seem to get along except for Taz seems to bully
Gizmo (Baby).  I've read that this will soon stop when the baby starts to
mellow out.  It is a matter of concern because Gizmo is very vocal where
Taz, Buttons, and Sadie are very quiet creatures, hardly ever making a sound.
