Ferret Guardian Rescue Haven has registered for an event that will take
place in Charlotte on November 19th at 6:15pm in Ovens Auditorium. This
event is a fundraising program to promote animal welfare. Give Voice To
Animals ( http://www.givevoicetoanimals.org ), a non-profit group, is
sponsoring this 22-city premiere tour of an important film about pet
overpopulation called "Best Friend Forgotten". It is hosted by David
Duchovny. The film chronicles the lives of two homeless pets, a cat and
a dog, as they enter the shelter world. Viewers get a poignant glimpse
of animal control, the shelter, placement groups, and adoption days.
FGRH has the opportunity to benefit from this event and others like it in
coming years, perhaps making these events signature fundraising ventures.
This is an opportunity to raise awareness about animal welfare in the
community, cultivate donors and promote adoption.
Tickets are for sale. If you are interested in seeing this premiere,
please purchase a ticket. FGRH will receive 30-50% of ticket sales
and is given a display booth to be used to solicit donations and sell
merchandise. The price break-down is as follows:
Basic ($ 25): Includes pre-show and screening.
General ($ 75): Includes pre-show, screening and after party.
Bronze Sponsor ($ 175): Includes VIP reception, pre-show, screening,
after party, VIP special seating, backstage pass, inclusion in the
program.
Silver Sponsor ($ 400): -INCLUDES "2" VIP TICKETS- VIP reception,
pre-show, screening, after party, VIP special seating, backstage pass,
inclusion in the program, complimentary DVD or VHS.
Gold Sponsor ($ 1000): -INCLUDES "2" VIP TICKETS- VIP reception,
pre-show, screening, after party, VIP special seating, backstage pass,
inclusion in the program, complimentary autographed DVD or VHS, your name
or company announced on stage, choice of name being used in publicity
releases, feature section in the program.
Don't forget to select Ferret Guardian Rescue Haven as the non-profit
organization you will support. Remember, this is a "Hollywood" premiere,
so dress to impress.
