We must keep in mind that NOT EVERY PETsMART store keeps their animals in
poor conditions.  I would like to boast that the one I work for is clean
and we follow all of PETsMART's high standards and regulations and I make
sure of it!!!  Please don't let one store ruin yours and everyone else's
opinion of PETsMART.
