The more easily done tests point to a viral origin because of reading
that are more usually seen with viral disease according to Dr. Ruth.

The type of testing to see if a coronavirus is involved is more
complicated and not available from a standard lab. Then the tests to
pinpoint what type are way, way more complicated, yet. So, specimens
have been sent by a vet to the place which can do this work, but there
won't be an instant answer.

and there are other subject lines, of course.

Non-members can not post but they CAN read FHL posts. We moderators
chose that setting so that as many people as possible could be helped.
The archives is also generally accessible.
