Hi,
I am a first time ferret owner. I just brought two babies into my
household. I did all the proper research and everything that I have read
reccomends some sort of carpet, mat, etc for the bottom of the cage. My
ferrets seem to be really messy and this isn't working well. I need
something to absorb. While they are pretty good at going in the litter
box they still have accidents. I know that I can't use pine or cedar
shavings. My guinea pigs are able to use Aspen shavings and the
carefresh paper stuff. Can I use either of these for my babies?

Mike
