Good Day Folks,

Well, all 14 girls went to an esteemed ferret knowledgeable vet today
for their check ups. One is pregnant. I guess that blows the theory
that they don't breed in the winter months. The others are to be
spayed. We will allow the jill to have her kits as the breeders I have
talked with say it may harm the jill emotionally to abort. The kits
will have warmth, food and cool water (as opposed to frozen) to drink.
They will have soft bedding and they will be loved, they will then be
adopted out (after neutering/spaying) to live their lives spoiled and
content. Doesn't that make you smile?

Mary
