Randy Horton's case made it to USA Today's "Across the USA" column -
basically it says the city officials, citing residential zoning code
violations, asked the judge to shut down the shelter.  Randy said it
would be a death warrant to the 80 ferrets.  Also, the shelter is the
largest non-profit shelter in the county.
