Well, just to thank many of you for your replies and input.  I am trying out
the suggestions one by one and see what works.  I've talked with my
boyfriend re: the boys and their behavior.  He seems to understand that this
is what they will do.  So the boys and myself are staying.  The daughter
will finish college in December (she will be 22).  I don't know what her
plans are but hopefully she will decide to go out on her own then.  She is
an only child and from what friends and family have told me is that she will
never help around the house and she thinks of herself first and then family
which to her I must not be considered that.  She knows what the routine for
the boys playtime is -- after my shower in the morning they are let out for
appx one hour and after I've been home from 1/2 hour to an hour to unwind
and refuel my batteries they are let out for appx 1 - 2 hours.  Weekends are
different as they have free run all day.  They'll find a spot to curl up and
sleep in and come out later in the day for more frolicking.  As we live in a
lower duplex of an older home there really isn't alot of room.  Once in
awhile they are permited in the basement as long as I am there to supervise
where they are playing and then they are hyper ferrets.
 
My boyfriend helped me out this weekend with renovating there Midwest
playpen.  Added a corner wire shelf and took a 4ft section of the same type
of shelving material, cut down to size, to fit along the small side of the
cage.  Hung hammocks and they love it now that there is more room to view
what is going on in the living room.  After that I made sure that with all
the clean bedding that they had their baths before being put into the cage.
Found Tye on top of the cage after chasing down Bo to make sure he was dry
and his ears clean.  Asked him how he got up there and got a ferret kiss for
a reply.  Told my boyfriend about it and his daughter said that he climbs up
the inside of the cage alot.  Never seen him do it in my presence.
 
Got my first Ferret magazine and can't wait to read it.  Found out that the
daughter gave me a gift subscription as a belated Christmas gift as this was
supposed to come before Christmas but something happened and didn't arrive
until now.  It's called "Ferrets".
