I had a huge problem getting home insurance with the ferrets.  State Farm
insured me when they didn't know the shelter was in my home.  Once they
found out, I had to find someone else to insure us.  State Farm was great
when they thought I only had a "few" ferrets but with more than a "few"
wouldn't touch me.  We are now with ING Direct home insurance.  Good
luck!
