Bill, you may chuck this if you want, but since several dear folks here have
been concerned about it I'd appreciate it if you carry the post, and I will
keep it short.  Some of you know that I said that I'd cancel my planned
British trip only if I had good news -- well, I have good news.  My
peripheral vision loss has stablized!!!!!  The cause is still unknown; it
could have been from earlier physical trauma but the physicians say it most
likely probably was a reaction to my allergy meds so that being able to go
through rag weed season without steroids (since I am also very myopic and
all my paternal relatives who are older have glaucoma, as well) made all the
difference.  Thank goodness for the other meds out there ... WHEW!
 
M, had the same phone problem and it turned out to be a malfunctioning
telemarketing machine calling and hanging up over and over.
