The Apellate court today remanded Kodo's case back to the local Circuit
court with orders to continue the stay on Kodo and for a full hearing.
 
This only has happened because of you folks continuing the pressure on the
media!!!  KEEP IT UP!!!
 
If it weren't for the hard work of you people amongst others the public
outrage wouldn't have happened.  The politicians wouldn't have a clue as to
the outrageousness that's transpiring in Michigan even as we sit here on our
computers.  Another Ferret here in Michigan was scheduled to be murdered
this morning, I haven't heard if it happened but I'm sure it did.  This is
what we're about.  WE MUST STOP THIS FOR ALL OUR BABIES.
 
Keep the pressure on.  We know we can change it, it's a matter of someone
saying NO MORE MURDER and standing by his rights.  I am that person, but I
can't stand alone.  You all are supporting me and pushing me forward.  Your
generous contributions to Kodo's cause, your moral support, are the moving
force.  I'm reasonably certain with continued pressure on the press nation
wide we can and will get these things straightened out for all of us.
