Ebay's policy is:
"Animal pelts and skins from non-endangered species (e.g., coyotes) may
generally be listed on eBay, if not in violation of the seller's specific
state laws."
 
However, I've found if you complain to ebay that the ferret is a domestic
pet and not a game animal, they will remove the item from auction.
