Hello, the Doyle Zoo here...
 
Just thought I would share some new ideas with ya'll...
 
Fred Myer Stores sell little Red Rider wagons for children to cart around
their dolls, and they are perfect size for ferrets...like 12" long and 6"
wide...only about $10.
 
Dryer hoses are wonderful also...available everywhere for $6.
 
Also, "sewer piping" which is available for $3.50 at Home Depot in 9 foot
sections and will fit even the biggest male ferret...has air holes all along
it and attachments are available like elbows and curves and connectors...but
holes can be cut along the sides for doorways...place these sections along
the walls of your living room for ferret subway systems...
 
Get a bunch of cardboard boxes and duct tape or packaging tape and set them
up together with doorways connecting them to each other to create a ferret
maze of tunnels and rooms...also, wallpaper can be put on the outside of the
maze system boxes to make it more attractive in your home, and sleep sacks
or blankets and toys can be put inside to make it a ferret heaven...our
ferrets sleep in ours all the time!  Dryer hoses and tube tunnels as
described above can be attached to outside doors to add to the excitement!
 
Never let your fuzzies be bored...they will get into trouble!!!
