   To Miran and Scooter -

Surely your vets have done some other testing - bloodwork, or radiographs,
etc. My first thought in a one-year-old would be a gastrointestinal foreign
body - which can certainly cause the signs that you are seeing. If there is
no response to the antibiotics soon, I would suggest a barium series on the GI
tract, and possibly even an abdominal exploratory before Scooter get too weak
to hve one...

Any other information that you can provide would allow me to give a
more enlightened opinion on this case....
