These currently have to be imported from Peptech and that means that
FDA importation papers must be filed. There are things in the FHL
archives on this:

There is currently some discussion going on in the FDA if they should
allow it since the mare form (which is not an implant that releases
slowly over time) is legal in the U.S. or if they should review more
due to it being an implant.

There are people who have successfully imported it and it certainly
can be done. If your vet does it then there will be paperwork to
expect up-front so use the links and proceed from there.
