I would like to know if anyone has any experience with submitting a
claim (successfully) to Marshall Farms.  I had to buy a ferret last week
because apparently the store was just planning on letting her lay there-
the store vet diagnosed her as "retarded"- she is extremely young,
doesn't understand how to feed herself yet, but there are some other
issues going on with her.
 
Jacquie [log in to unmask] is the only person that got
help from them financially and physically that I know of, she got her
money back and they looked into the store that sold her the kit.  I would
suggest that you lay it out exactly as you did here, but do drop her a
line, make sure to put ferrets in the heading, that way her spam filter
will let it go through, she is also the one looking for persons to add to
her class action suit against manufacturers of blockage in a bag foods.
 
She would be happy to help you, I can tell you that.  Very very nice lady
and knows how to write a letter that gets response.
