Mike,

The only difference between the old shelf and the new shelf is that
there is now no double bar. Ferrets were getting toes stuck in that.

But still, the shelf has a gap between the metal frame and the slide
in plastic shelf. So toes still get stuck.I couldn't believe it when
I got my replacement shelves.....
