Okay --clarification form yesterday's FML: sugars ARE a problem if
insulinoma is present and in that situation they should be given only
when a seizure must be broken.  If there is not insulinoma they might
still be a problem *IF* a hypothesis that is out there pans out.
 
Important note: it appears that anything that is associated in the lists
with the names "Acme" and "Howard or Anne Davis" now link directly into a
very overt porn site but a number of the website owners have not changed
those entries; also, there is a rabies site that says on it's front page
that it has not been updated since 1997 but since then things have
radically improved.)
