Betty, my thoughts and prayers are with you as you prepare for this.  I do
think perhaps you should talk with Jim Higgins, as he is very, very good
and has much information that may help you.  I saw his post today and I
agree with him, and a contract will put things upfront and in writting.
I myself have a harsh opinion on this person, therefore, rather than flame
or display it publically, I will keep it to myself.  Please know you have
many people really thinking over this, and we are all with you.
