Today Ruffle is a bit more tired. Yesterday she walked a tiny bit for a few
minutes; today I doubt she will. Still, she is very happy and is free of
pain. To look at her on waking one would never guess that she is sick. We
just enjoyed a favorite game; we called Steve on the phone and she got to
listen to him through the receiver. It was a bit tiring for her, but she
loved it. Basically she is just sleeping more and more, and enjoying
cuddles and some Sustical in between. When possible there's a bit more
embellishment. As long as she doesn't get fluid in her lungs she should
pass easily, just close her eyes and drift off. That is our best hope for
her now. Whether it will be today, tomorrow, or several days from now we
have no idea. This is her schedule and we will keep it. It's comforting
that she is so happy. When she passes on her poor little heart will take
big chunks or our's along with it, but even though we don't want her to die
love along can't keep her here and her heart and liver are just worn out.

Thanks for the many notes every day. I expect that things will not really
change much till she passes along. We will let you know when that is; until
then you will know that she is still here and happy.
