butt-dragging a problem?

My 8 month old sable ferret, B.J., always drags her butt along the ground
every time after she uses the bathroom.  After reading some articles on
the FML about complications after ferrets being descented, I began to
wonder: Is this an indication of a problem since B.J. was descented, or
is this behavior common for ferrets?  Any input would be greatly
appreciated.
