vets in Cleveland area?

Anyone have recommendations on Cleveland area ferret knowledgable vets?
The one I took Baby too doesn't impress me.
 
Also, when you buy a kit and they've come with "first shots" and are
spayed/descented when should their first vet visit be and what shots,
exams, etc should be done?
