For the purposes of our ferrets, it is virtually the same thing.  I've
looked them up in a medical dictionary and here are the results:
 
Prednisone - comes in tablets (1 mg, 2.5 , 5, 10,20,25 & 50 mg) and oral
syrup, oral solution, and oral intensol solution.
 
Prednisolone - comes in 5 mg tablets and oral syrup only.
 
Otherwise, the texts are identical.  Kathy - I'll mail you the printouts.
