for fuzzies at the NE Florida Branch/SFFC&R....
 
One of our generous Shelter supporters and fellow FMLers has provided:

If any FMLers would like to take a chance to win one of the above prizes,
raffle tickets are $1 each.  (Need *not* be present to win, of course.)
 
Winning tickets will be drawn publicly at CLAY COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY's
"Bark In The Park" Event to be held at the Ronnie Van Zant Memorial Park
(Lake Asbury, FL) on Saturday, October 2, 1999, where our Rescue/Shelter
will have an Educational Booth from 9 AM - 1 PM.
 
Within the past month, we've had seven adrenal surgeries (five were
bilaterals) and one with an additional spleen removal (and ALL were
successful and the fuzzies are recuperating wonderfully!).  We still have
three Shelter ferrets awaiting adrenal surgeries with Dr. Kemmerer over the
next 2-3 weeks.....
