I just want to let you guys know that you are an inspiration for me and
maybe others here in this group.  Your dedication to Meltie and patients in
all of this are phenominal.  I may have craked at this point.  I am not all
that good taking care of the critically ill.  I give you much credit for
hanging in there are well as you have.  I know in the end it is worth it.
 
But I think most of the credit seems to lean in Meltie's own direction.  She
is a great trouper in all of this.  Sometimes I wonder if Elwood would have
been the same if only I hadn't....well, anyway.  It is all done now.  No use
thinking about the past.  Hats off to Meltie for what she has gone through.
 
I wish you all the best and may she live to see many more days if that is
what she wants.  She seems to have a remarkable ability to speak to you and
I hope she continues to do so.  When her time comes, may it be as peaceful
as can be.  I know I have never met her and I will miss her!
 
I also hope that the family issues mellow out.  I know how ishy that can be
when you have a critically ill kid at home.  I went through a similar
situation once and it is no fun.  May you get some peace from them.
