My first ferret list article!!!!! I would like to introduce you all t my
three ferrets and their funny antics.

First there is Drazen, a 2 11/2 year old silver mitt. Drazen spends most of
is time sleepig and lounging on the floor. He enjoys being held just like a
baby and has learned a neat trick. I do not know how many of your ferrets
can do this, but Drazen rolls over when given a hand signal. Yes, we do
have to give him a treat. He loves Kix cereal. Drazen has spent most of
the past couple weeks staring at the lights on the Christmas tree. Ooooh,
pretty.

Shelby is 1 1/2 years old and is a Silver ferret. She is large for a
female, and holds her own with the boys. She won't roll over for us, but
has tricks of her own. The most annoying of her tricks is her getting up on
our kitchen counter via the back of the drawers. A close second is her
climbing up our shirts to get to the top of the closet where she can have
her favorite toy.....my athletic cup.

Sinjin is the younest of the three at about 9 months.....and the biggest!!!!
He dwarfs both my other ferrets put together. He, too, is learning to roll
over, but he has a ways to go. His favorite treats are bananas and bagels.
He and Shelby work as a team. She knocks the bagels off the counter and he
eats them. Sinjin is a silver mitt. He has also been spending a ot of time
around the Christmas tree. however, he soedn't just look. His favorite
thing to do right now is to knock off the Christmas balls and push them
around with his nose. He does this for very long periods of time. And when
the ball does something bad, he punishes it by breaking its stem. We have
moved all the balls up for his safety. It doesn't keep him from trying,
though.
