Questions about the ADV testing in MD.

In regards to the post about the ADV testing in MD by the BFC., i'm
wondering if you
1. have to be a member
2. if distemper and rabies needs to be up to date and
3. you have 2 different times listed and i'm curious what the actual
   testing time will be.  I assume its the 2:30 - 5:30 time?  and
4. is this type of ADV testing sufficient to attend shows?
