        Hello, everyone out there!

Well, I told you yesterday that I was *going* to get one, and I today,
I am the proud "mother" of a *beautiful*, 8 month old, chocolate female. She
has very dark guard hairs, feet, and a black tail, and a light-brown mask.
Her nose is pefectly shaped and colored -- light pink. She weighes a little
over 1.5 lbs, and is *very* soft. She doesn't bite (and now DOESN'T stink,
thanks to all of your tips) and is very playful. She follows me *everywhere*
and gets very excited when we play games, such as "Toe Tag",
"Hide-All-Of-Carinne's-Socks-And-Shoes-Under-The-Bed", and "Tickle My Tummy
And I'll Come Bouncing Back". Her name is Rascal (because she is one), and
she is the sweetest ferret I have ever met.

I have one little question. I found her chewing on newspaper (I put
some under the litter pan to catch any "mistakes"). Will she become sick, or
will it pass right through? She is as bouncey as a two-year old in a
chocolate factory, and is nipping my ankles as I type. Any comments would be
appreciated.

                                        Big, sloppy kisses from:

Carinne (Human; "Rascal, give me back
those socks!")
                                        Rascal (Ferret; "She'll never find
these under the bed!")
Nikki (Dog; "What the heck is that
thing?")
