After reading your post, I had to say something to you. This is NOT an
attempt to be one of the shelters you donate to. Please do NOT even
consider it, I have been fortunate so far, there are many shelters in MUCH
greater need than us. I simply had to say something.

When I read your post, it made me cry. It is said "No one can give more
than their last penny". You seem sad that you only have $25 to spare to
help, yet it is obvious that the $25 is not really "spare", but you are
willing to put off your own needs to help a shelter and ferrets you do not
even know.

On top of that, it is obvious that your "unwanted" fuzzies are very lucky
to have ended up with such a generous, kind and loving human in their
lives.

As a shelter who see's many unwanted ferrets, and worse, the older, sick
ones that nobody seems to care about... it is very refreshing and
heartwarming to be reminded that there are people like this still out
there. Running a shelter is at times frustrating, discouraging,
heartbreaking and demoralizing. Two things keep us going... the ferrets
and people like you.

Thank you for that reminder.
Susan
