This Thursday - 30 November 1995 marks the end of the "Official Hurricane
Season" and there's nothing on the horizon for us to watch.  Here is the
final run down of the Hurricane's and Tropical Storms that the Ferret
Friends Disaster Response International Team tracked in 1995 (we responded
to 3)
 
Hurricane Allison: 6/2-5/1995. Hit Florida Panhandle. Caused $800,000 damage
Tropical Storm Barry 7/6-10/1995.  Stayed over water
Tropical Storm Chantal 7/13 - 20.  Stayed over water
Tropical Stom Dean 7/27-30/1995, Thrashed Texas with storm winds.
Hurricane Erin 7/30 - 8/6/1995. Hit land at Vero Beach, swept across Central
Florida $700 million damage, 11 deaths
Hurricane Feliz 8/8 - 22/1995 Caused heavy erosion while hovering of mid
Atlantic coast,  drowned 9 people in savage riptides
Tropical Storm Gabrielle 8/9 - 11/1995 - Dumped Heavy rain over Mexicane
Hurricane Humberto 8/22 - 9/3/1995
Hurricane Iris 8/23 - 9/4/1995 Hit easter Caribbean, 5 deaths
Tropical Stom Jerry 8/23 - 25/1995, Flooded Southwest Florida with drenching
rain
Hurricane Luis 8/23 - 9/11/1995,  $2.5 Billion damage, 15 killed in eastern
Carribean one death in Newfoundland
Hurricane Marilyn 9/12 - 22/1995 $1.5 Billion damage, 8 deaths in eastern
Carribean
Hurricane Noel 9/26-10/7.  Stayed over water
Hurricane Opal 9/27 - 10/6/1995  $3 Billion damage, 59 deaths
Tropical Storm Pablo 10/4 - 8/ 1995 Dissipated over Caribbean
Hurricane Roxanne 10/8 - 20/1995,  14 deaths, undetermined damages in Mexico
Tropical Stom Sebastian 10/20 - 24/ 1995  Threatened eastern Caribbean
before turning to sea
Hurrican Tanya 10/27 - 11/2/1995.  Stayed over water until thrashing Azores
in middle atlantic causing light damage.
 
As you can see it was a busy season.
 
Now we are watching for major Snow Storms in the Northeast, Midwest, and
Northwest.
 
As always we will be ready to assist.
