<psssst> Hey, you . . yeah - you. How 'bout I make you a little
proposition. An offer you'll find it hard to weasel out of.

Now, maybe you'd like to enter one of your kids in the PacNW Ferret Show,
you know the one. The second ever AFA Sanctioned show in the state of
Or-E-Gun. But, like, maybe you can't. Maybe it's too far, or your
little one is too old, or sick, or ya' got a problem with that ADV test.
Maybe you just ain't got a ferret to enter right now. Maybe I can help.

How's about I set you up with a ringer? Now I can't guarantee they'll
win or nuthin', but you can be part of the show and help a shelter kid.

For a small donation, ya can enter a shelter kid to be in the show. Not
only will ya help give the kid some exposure (and have a good time), but
you maybe can help them to get adopted. Pretty worthwhile, eh?

What's it worth to ya'? The cost of a rabies shot? Maybe a $25.00
donation? These kids already got that ADV test thing done. They already
gots the distemper vaccines. They's winners I tell ya. I ain't no
bookie, but they's got some good odds ~!~!

Tell ya what else. How 'bout I guarantee that any ribbons they win get
put onto thier cage to draw attention. I'll sweeten the pot by making
sure you get an autographed picture of the kid. An' the shelter will
send a personal 'T'ank You' even if I gotta threaten to bend thier arm to
do it. Ya ain't even gotta be there. I'll make sure a shelter volunteer
handles the kid for ya'. Real gentle, like.

So whattabout it? You come out a winner by helpin' a shelter kid. The
shelter kid comes out a winner by being in the show and maybe gettin'
adopted. Pretty sweet deal, eh? No work for you - just the benefits.

Get in touch with Chris at the Oregon Ferret Shelter (503-557-8369) or
