Greetings ferret friends,
 
I'm trying to get in touch with a ferret club in Washington.  I tried
contacting the Washington State Ferret Association via the web site and
e-mail address listed in Ferrets for Dummies, but neither work.  My
fiancee and I will be moving to Spokane in June (I've been accepted to
Eastern Washington University's graduate program) with three fuzzies, and
I'd like to start making friends at our new home.  Also, I'd like some
direction as to where I can find info regarding laws for living with
ferrets (for example, do we need a permit) in the state of Wash. and
the city of Spokane.  And, while I'm at it, any recommendations for
neighborhoods, tips on ferret-knowledgeable landlords, etc. would be much
appreciated. :)
