The 5-15 lb cat size Revolution has been studied and found to be
effective and safe to use on ferrets. A word of caution however, it 
is important to have your ferret tested for heartworm PRIOR to using
Revolution. Using Revolution (selamectin) on a ferret with heartworm
will cause the adult worm to die, and may cause deadly lung clots to
form as a result.
