I have not had good luck with TF.  My ferrets began overeating and gaining
weight on it.  Swapping over to the older ferret diet did no good either.
Only when I went back to Science Diet with my lone ferret Yoda, have I
noticed any improvements.  I use Science Diet Cat food because he is a
senior....
 
I have always been convinced that Ferret food was best for ferrets....but
after owning ferrets for the past five years and trying out several brands
of ferret food, I have come to the conclusion that it isn't as good as it
is supposed to be.  Some may disagree with me, but I find using a high
quality cat food(kitten food if you ferret is not a senior) works much
better for my ferret.  It is a shame I didn't figure it out sooner for my
other two.
