Delta Airlines allows ferrets to fly in the passenger cabin with you for a
$60 charge .  They require a health certificate and a proper carrier that
will fit underneath your seat.
 
I found a few other airlines that would allow the ferrets in the cargo hold
only, but I didn't like the idea of handing my babies over to some stranger
to be stuffed in the belly of a plane.
