I found a great way to keep the garbage up right.  I placed one of my
boyfriends weights on the bottom (I have a round garbage can).  Gonzo
can't tip it over now.  Sure he gets upset, tries to devise other plans,
gives up and lies flat on the floor to pout.  I can't help think that
it is sad yet cute at the same time.  I also feel good because I have
finally outsmarted him at something, at least for now.  HAHA.  If you
have a rectangular one try one or two bricks from a hardware store.
